Monogenic Autoinflammatory Diseases
This permanent on-line national network is thought to overcome the fragmentation of current knowledge about monogenic autoinflammatory diseases.
Monogenic autoinflammatory diseases (AIDs) represent a group of relatively new clinical entities caused by mutations in genes involved in the regulation of innate immunity, inflammation and cell death as first line responses to infections and tissue injuries. The AIDA project was born to promote the development of a permanent on-line national network aimed at overcoming the fragmentation of clinical and therapeutic experience.
