Leveraging data from the international AIDA network for Still’s disease, this new in-depth study has looked for potential differences in the presentation and management of Still's disease based on the different age at disease onset. Results reveal only minor differences in clinical presentation, laboratory parameters and treatment response according to different age groups. These robust findings compellingly support that Still's disease represents a fundamentally uniform entity, regardless of the age at which it emerges. These discoveries underscore the importance of our research in confirming the intrinsic similarity of Still's disease across various age groups, thereby contributing to the consolidation of our understanding of its intricate clinical dynamics.
