New Study on Lung Involvement in Still’s Disease from the AIDA Network
We are pleased to announce the publication of a new multicenter observational study based on data from the AIDA Network Still’s Disease Registry, focusing on lung involvement in patients with Still’s disease, a condition that affects both children and adults.

The study analyzed 90 patients, highlighting that the most common pulmonary manifestations include pleuritis (72.2%), parenchymal features (34.4%), ARDS (9.5%), and pulmonary arterial hypertension (2.3%). Notably, patients with parenchymal lung involvement exhibited significant clinical characteristics, such as sore throat, pericarditis, and higher systemic inflammation scores, emphasizing the need for targeted clinical attention.
These findings contribute valuable insights into the clinical profile and prognosis of lung involvement in Still’s disease, underscoring the importance of further research to deepen our understanding of this emerging concern.
