SpA is increasingly recognized as a disease at the intersection of autoimmunity and autoinflammation. Some patients exhibit autoinflammatory manifestations such as fever, hidradenitis suppurativa, neutrophilic dermatoses, and heightened inflammatory markers, suggesting a distinct subgroup requiring further study.

To address this, the AIDA Network has developed an international registry to systematically analyze SpA from an autoinflammatory perspective. This initiative aims to enhance personalized treatment, giving voice to patients with atypical presentations and optimizing therapeutic strategies.

By supporting research and translating new findings into clinical practice, this registry has the potential to advance SpA management and improve patient outcomes.

We encourage healthcare professionals and researchers to explore the article for further insights into this important initiative.
