This reearch report presents the design and methodology of the new international registry dedicated to Castleman’s Disease (CD), the eleventh registry launched within the AIDA Network.
Castleman’s Disease includes both unicentric and multicentric forms, often challenging to diagnose and manage due to their heterogeneous clinical features and the rarity of the condition. This publication details the registry’s structure, inclusion criteria, scientific objectives, and the collaborative approach that has already brought together over 331 centers across 52 countries.
By collecting real-world data on epidemiology, diagnostic criteria, treatment strategies, complications, and quality of life, this initiative will provide the basis for a deeper understanding and improved management of Castleman’s Disease worldwide.
