Among 36 patients, 50% showed partial response, while 18.2% achieved complete remission. Methotrexate demonstrated a glucocorticoid-sparing effect, though no patients discontinued steroids. Combination therapies did not lead to full remission but offered partial benefits. Seventeen adverse events were reported, leading to seven treatment discontinuations. These findings highlight cDMARDs as a viable option in VEXAS management, emphasizing the need for further research.
