The manuscript is focalized on registry aims and methodology. The Registry allows both retrospective and prospective real-world data collection and will facilitate connection between a worldwide group of researchers and physicians. The Registry constitutes an international multicenter observational groundwork aimed at increasing the patient cohort of USAIDs in order to improve our knowledge of this peculiar cluster of autoinflammatory diseases.
