Development and Implementation of the AIDA International Registry for Patients with Non Infectious Uveitis
A paper on the development and deployment of the AIDA International Registry for paediatric and adult patients affected by non-infectious uveitis and other ocular inflammatory disorders has been recently published by the AIDA Network.

Aims and methodology of the Registry are reported in the manuscript. This AIDA registry will allow scientific communities to cooperate, share experience and actively participate in research projects. The registry allows both retrospective and prospective collection of real-world demographics, clinical, laboratory, instrumental and socio-economic data of patients recruited through the AIDA Network. The development of the AIDA Registry for patients affect by inflammatory ocular diseases will facilitate the collection of standardised data leading to real world evidence and enabling international multicentre collaborative research thus overcoming the limitations of smaller individual studies. Data collected will improve both clinical management and therapeutic approach of patients with non-infectious uveitis.
