AIDA registries experience decisive increase in contributions
AIDA registries have seen a decisive increase in the number of contributions in the recent period. The increase particularly interested the Behcet, MAIDs, Uveitis and AOSD registries.
The increase is certainly related to a certain return to normal working conditions in many clinical centers after the acute period of the pandemic as well as the return from the summer break. However, it should also be noted a widening of the sites active in the contribution and an improvement in the completeness of the data collected, indicating that the clinical sites are progressively becoming more familiar with the tools that make up the collection records. Of course, also all the activities related to the AIDA Academy have been a driving force for a greater awareness within the AIDA partnership of the importance of contributing to the registries.
