AIDA Network reaches 300 associated clinical centers in 50 countries worldwide

With its steady and dynamic expansion, AIDA is now active in 52 countries across 5 continents, confirming its role as a truly global platform for collaborative research in systemic and ocular autoinflammatory diseases.This milestone reflects not only geographic growth but also the increasing interest and commitment of the international medical community in advancing research through a multidisciplinary approach. Today, the Network brings together around 770 experts from 17 different medical specialties, all engaged in the AIDA mission of promoting high-quality studies.

The expansion of the Network has also translated into substantial progress in patient recruitment. Thanks to the activation of new centers, the number of patients enrolled in AIDA’s 11 registries has grown significantly, reaching 5,272 cases, a key asset for generating impactful scientific evidence on rare and complex diseases.
