AIDA network reaches 200 associated clinical partners worldwide
The AIDA Network welcomes the recent association of two new clinical sites and reaches the milestone of two hundred associated partners from 42 countries worldwide
With the association in the last week of the Ruijin Hospital (Shanghai Jiao Tong University) in Shanghai - the third associated partner from China - and the King Hussein Medical Center in Amman - the first from Jordan - the clinical network of the AIDA project reaches the milestone of two hundred associated clinical sites.
In the last few months, partners from 5 new countries have joined the AIDA Network, which is now present in 42 countries worldwide, reaching more than 500 experts in 17 different medical specialties, confirming the international and cross-disciplinary nature of the AIDA project.
At the moment - besides Italy - the most represented countries are Turkey with 15 clinical sites involved, the United States and Spain, both with 13 clinical sites, while 86 centers are already operational in the collection of clinical cases in the nine active AIDA registries.
AIDA's worldwide distribution and the growing number of partners interested in joining the network highlights the strong will to learn more about systemic and ocular autoinflammatory diseases by researchers, and also confirm AIDA's attractiveness in offering solid observational research.
