A New Global Milestone: The AIDA Still’s Disease Registry, the World’s Largest Registry, Surpasses 900 Patients

Strengthening international collaboration and advancing real-world research to improve the understanding and treatment of Still’s disease.

The AIDA Network is delighted to announce that the AIDA Still’s Disease Registry has surpassed 900 enrolled patients, further consolidating its position as the largest registry dedicated to Still’s disease worldwide. This remarkable achievement represents an important milestone in international collaborative research, highlighting the value of shared clinical experience and high-quality real-world data in advancing knowledge of this complex disease.

Over the years, the registry has become an increasingly important resource for the international scientific community. Data collected through this initiative have supported numerous scientific publications, contributing to a better understanding of the disease’s clinical manifestations, disease course, prognostic factors, and therapeutic management. In addition, several research projects are currently underway, reflecting the strong scientific interest in Still’s disease and the growing potential of the registry to address relevant clinical questions and unmet needs. These ongoing investigations are a key driver of the registry’s continued development and scientific impact.

The expansion of this collaborative initiative is supported by an extensive international network comprising 383 clinical centers across 62 countries, with 1,567 investigators involved in registry activities. This broad participation brings together diverse clinical experiences and patient populations, strengthening the global reach of the project and enriching the evidence generated through international cooperation.

As the world’s largest registry dedicated to Still’s disease, the AIDA Still’s Disease Registry offers exceptional opportunities to investigate disease heterogeneity, identify clinically meaningful patterns, evaluate treatment outcomes, and explore research questions that cannot easily be addressed through individual-center studies or smaller cohorts. By combining data and expertise from different healthcare settings, the registry helps bridge the gap between clinical practice and research, supporting the development of more evidence-based and increasingly personalized approaches to patient care.

Surpassing 900 enrolled patients is not only a significant numerical achievement but also a testament to the strength of the AIDA Network’s international collaborative model. The registry’s scale, geographical reach, and ongoing research activities provide a solid foundation for future collaborative studies, scientific discoveries, and advances in the clinical management of Still’s disease.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all participating centers, investigators, and collaborators whose commitment and contributions have made this achievement possible. Their continued engagement is essential to sustaining the growth of the registry and translating international collaboration into meaningful scientific progress for patients worldwide.

Together, we continue to turn international collaboration into scientific excellence, strengthening the global evidence base and improving care for patients with Still’s disease.
