The second day of the 7th AIDA international meeting has been conceived as a monographic discussion of the highly topical issues inherent Behçet’s syndrome (BS).

This condition has recently been included among polygenic/multifactorial autoinflammatory diseases: skin and mucosal lesions, uveitis, major vessel involvement, musculoskeletal, neurological and gastrointestinal manifestations are seen in varying combinations along the disease course.

The meeting platform will offer exciting opportunities for learning, discussion, discovery and networking. Updates on physiopathological, clinical and therapeutic features of the syndrome will be provided by renowned international experts. Clinimetrics and also methodological aspects in BS study design will be addressed as well. The meeting will be an occasion to share the results of the first studies on BS conducted within the AIDA project, and to introduce new study proposals from the network based on the AIDA registry for BS. We are working with our best to ensure the maximum participation in the event for all of AIDA members and partners.
